Is There An Acne Cure? - The Truth

Acne Cure
Cameron McKenna asked:

Do an internet search for “acne cure” and you will get thousands of pages from companies trying to sell you the latest cleanser, to forum sites and message boards offering free advice. One thing they all have in common is they all claim to have an acne cure. However, if you make an appointment to see a dermatologist he or she will look you in the eye and tell you that an acne cure does not exist. What they will tell you is, there might not be a cure, but with medication we can control it.

It’s understandable that people with acne that are searching for an acne cure are confused and frustrated to say the least.

The all important question for someone suffering with acne would be: Is there an acne cure? Face it people want to know the truth. The answer to that question is YES!

What is the CURE? Acne is actually caused by three things:

1. Imbalanced Hormones

2. Toxic colon/Diet Issues

3. Toxic and congested liver (cystic acne)

You will not hear any of these facts or ideas from your typical doctor or dermatologists. Why is that? Think about it, when you go see a doctor what usually happens? They will ask you what is the problem? When you respond to the question you are thus telling him or her, your symptoms. Once the doctor knows your symptoms he will then prescribe to you some type of medication or drug to suppress the symptoms. That is just the way the system works.

What I just mentioned is not just for acne per se, but can be attributed to just about any health ailment. Am I saying you should never take prescription medications from a doctor? No. What I am saying is for the treatment of acne, drugs are not necessary.

To treat acne and to cure it is absolutely essential that you address the root cause of the problem. Understanding that acne is an internal problem is the first step in the right direction.

Acne is a huge problem here in the United States but if people would take the time to look into alternative solutions rather than over the counter medications or trips to the doctor, acne problems could quickly become a thing of the past.

wonder_years_fonder_years asked:

I had to buy some things to get a room organized, sort of last minute and didn’t have time to order anything online. So I went and bought several boxes of the big ziploc bags for storage, I thought they said they were airtight.

I tried taking my vaccum and taking air out of the bags, which worked great and and really cut down on the size. However, over the course of a day they started growing again in size.

Is there anyway to seal the seem or something so that they could be the vaccum bags?

I’ve spent several hundred in all the bags and bins I’ve bought, so I really don’t want to buy the vaccum bags now.

Thanks for any tips!

Online Learning
Yoshiko Choy asked:

Talent Management has started to leverage greatly on learning and knowledge management approaches to enhance the performance of talents. Many learning platforms are incorporating online learning or e-learning as delivery channels. This has greatly impacted how knowledge information is managed as well.

Learning Management System or LMS is software for delivering, tracking and managing training. A complete LMS or learning management system tracks both online learning and physical training attended by the learner. More dynamic systems are developed with the learner’s KPIs or Key Performance Indicators incorporated within. Linking directly to the learner’s KPIs would give the evaluator better gauge of the learner’s ability to apply what was learnt, thereby indicating the Learning ROI or Learning Return On Investment.

This ties in well with the measurement of expected learning outcomes. Companies who have the budget would leverage on the the LMS or learning management system to semi-automate the learning process and manage the efficiency of each training program.

Benefits of the LMS is that it tracks the learning progress of the learner, with reminders to complete select programs applicable to the learner’s work requirements and progression path. When used as a talent management tool, the linking of KPIs or key performance indicators to the learning outcomes are most crucial as it forms part of the overall evaluation or appraisal system of work performance.

Closely intertwined within the LMS learning management system is the hosting of online learning or e-learning programs. Online learning or E-learning is most effective for access of static information which the learner previews the background and foundation of the topic in discussion.

As discussed, the LMS is capable of tracking both online learning and physical training programs. Blended with both forms of learning, it greatly enhances the learning curve of the learner.

Despite issues comprising of external factors which could render the measurement of Learning ROI less accurate, there are schools of thoughts supporting this trend. Many companies with the budget do leverage their Talent Management performance evaluation process on online learning and measuring the Learning ROI.

How does your choice of grocery bags make a difference to the environment?

ice_grl_182 asked:

I bag groceries as a job and everyday, I see how wasteful people can be when they ask us to double bag plastic, or to bag their groceries in paper and hang them in plastic. Many of them don’t realize how harmful to the environment this can be. Especially using plastic bags. Around here, you cant recycle palstic bags because they jam the recycling machines and we get shipments where entire crates of plastic bags have holes in them and we have to throw them away. I try to encourage customers to use paper as it is re-usuable, can hold more, easier on the environment, etc etc. Next week it is earth week and the store is giving out canvas bags that customers can bring back everytime they shop. Do you ever wonder how your choice of bags can make a difference? What do you think about this? Are there any other suggestions you have on how to help the environment when it comes to grocery bags?
im not saying that double bagging is bad… just the customers that request EVERY bag to be doubled even if it isnt heavy. or asking for multiple bags when there isnt the need for them. And plastic bags are handy to use for waste bins and to be reused but sadly, not many people here do reuse them. they just put them in the trash
